Writing editorials versus satirical articles

Hello there, all four of you. That might be putting it generously, since a majority of you are probably bots. Or maybe I've just viewed my own articles that many times? Surely not.

Man, I am just full of cliches.

None of you may be asking, "where are the editorials? I liked the direction of that Paper Mario one." Well, the answer is simple: I've sold out.

A picture of one of my readers. Ba-dum-tssh.

It may be strange to read that someone such as myself has sold out so quickly, but it's true! Nothing is possible without the glorious fuel of money. Why, if it weren't for money, this blog wouldn't even exist!

As for the topic of effort-filled editorials, I've decided that I'm going to drop those as well. They just take up too much time. For example, an upcoming article about ancient fansites has taken me upwards of thirty minutes to get the proper materials. Thirty minutes! I could have watched many videos of cats or wasted that time on reddit.

Now, ask yourself: would you rather write an article that a few people will enjoy, or use the same amount of time browsing reddit and then regret it later?

I thought so.

Many more of you may be saying, "wow, this guy is a small blog making jokes about how small his reader base is. I'm leaving." And then on top of that, a portion of those people are saying, "wow, he's making a joke about other people making a common joke." To both of those people, I say, what were you expecting? I am only a man with a Google account. Do not expect too much. Especially not a regular release schedule. You have probably seen that already.
